Hall of Fame
My annual selections for induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame- Here's the ballot: The guys who shouldn't make it in... Andre Dawson- Nope- borderline call, but falls just behind Rice in line. Discount his Cub numbers- they mean nothing. He was truly a HOF'er during his Montreal days as a CF, but...

Crawford starts
Carl Crawford went in the first round in every Main event draft and I was wondering how the other Crawford start teams were doing. Going into the last week three of those teams are in the top 100. #35 C4 Bowen, #47 NY8 Champ Juice and #87 NY1 Goombas. All three of those teams along with LV9 Vinnies ...

I have been looking for fielding stats for him for 2008, and have not been able to find anything. In a non-NFBC league (at CBS) he is being used as a third baseman and I am questioning it. I figured that someone here could give me the answer. How many games has he played at third this year? [ July 0...

The team in first place in this league and overall has the eighth most FAAB left in Chicago 3 and while he's well out in front of first place there is a tough battle for second and third place. Auctions vs Drafts. Which do you like?
I prefer the auction; you can target players and get them. In a snake draft you either have to reach or get lucky to acquire the players you want. In my auction league I have Hanley and Ryan Braun which is an impossible combo in a draft. I also think it adds a lot of strategy in who you nominate and...

Chase Headley
Food for thought for the Headley owners:
I was a Clement buyer and I started him him over G Anderson (.400 3HR 10 RBI) the first week after grabbing him.
I have Headley in a Sat and still remembering what Clement cost me his first week.

I like High BA and speed early. I believe that low BA power is normally available late or via fa. My projections for Rickie coming into the season were .260 21/25 105 & 59 and while I was not targeting him I ended up with him in 2 Sats (both in the fifth round). I did have him projected playing 140 ...

Sportsbettingman to meet with Carlos Guillen?
Jim Leyland explained why Guillen was limited to designated hitter duties, and he added that the Tigers' third baseman "has been playing with hemorrhoids that probably need to be lanced ".
