Still trying to get everybody in Diamond2 to go with 100/30/10 payout? Why not see if anybody in Diamond1 would like to swap leagues with the dissenters and go for the 100k? You've got nearly 30 guys ready to toss $10k into an entry fee, I'm pretty sure at least 15 of them are not fixated on the ide...

As another idea to mix it up (maybe too much?)... I personally think the value of the All-Time Greats versus the One-Year Wonders should be greatly enhanced by selecting stats from TWO years for each pick. Can't decide between Barry Bonds 73hr or .370? Have both! Need SB's? Grab TWO years of Vince C...

Has this idea been shelved? I'd be interested if we try it again. For those that did the 1941-2011 draft, starting with 1961 might not provide enough of a difference. Only 40 of the 345 picks (27 hitters and 13 pitchers) were selected from 1941-1960. Moving it up to start in 1970, or 1973 (start of ...

"Slugger" Ron Swoboda? Seriously? :rolleyes: He must have been slugging guys in the clubhouse, because even in 1968 I can't see 11 homers qualifying somebody to be a "slugger" of baseballs.

Yep, what Dan said. Kinda silly (for example) to show Gibson team trailing in ERA to all the no-pitcher quads. Might be "correct" on some mathematical level, but highly misleading, don't you think?

Ooops... looks like a slight malfunction in the standings for ERA and WHIP...
