How does the player pool work? Are all free agents at the time of the auction eligible or only those who were in the AL last year? If they sign with NL team after do you still keep them? Are traded players eligible if they started on AL team before start of season? I assume traded players enter free...

All, I will have to bow out this year - can't risk daughter (Zoey) coming while I am in the city, just too close, but I would ask if I could keep right of first refusal next year. Michael Lins is tentative for now. He and his wife are expecting a baby in early April so he's not sure if he can join us. But the spot is his if he can take it.
