I have submitted a few Pending Waiver Bids already and I am unsure what "add conditional" means. Can someone help explain this to me and why this is beneficial??

First time player here. I'm drafting online and obviously using the draft room. As a result, Is there anyway we can get a "test link" to make sure it's compatible with our computer/laptop? Regardless, what I'm gathering is that if you draft a player that happens to be on one of those two teams, (even though you know their stats......which doesn't mean much considering there is 1...
