Tough not to respond to a hateful lying comment by a misinformed miscreant. Every single post is infused with your politically poisoned platform. You’re pathetic.
If you could draft world leaders in a COVID-19 death league, getting Trump would be like having Gretzky, Ruth and Wilt.

4% of the world population and nearly 30% of the deaths. And this is with Florida and Georgia blatantly underreporting their fatalities from COVID-19. If you don't want a repeat of this kind of catastrophe, don't vote for the incompetent piss boy of a KGB murderer next time. He's here to steal and t...

Re: Open Chat With Greg, Tom & Darik

I just think isolating players in hotels for 4.5 months is a non-starter. "Okay, honey, good luck with this frightening new world. See you and and the kids in October." I did that numerous times for longer periods....and didn’t live in a hotel These guys didn't sign up for that and COVID-19 really ...

Very nice. That gentleman joins Steve Martin in Planes, Trains and Automobiles and McNulty and Bunk from The Wire in the Hall of F.

Re: Best Baseball Memories

In the early 70s I attended a double header between the Giants and Expos (May have been Padres - I consumed a few beers both before and during the contests). Three things stand about that day: 1). It was a double header! Two for one, can’t beat that, those days are gone. 2). In both ends of the dou...

Re: Best Baseball Memories

Also, I don’t remember a lot when I was 10, but I do remember one other event at that game. My dad tried to get Rick Dempsey’s autograph that day. He was warming a pitcher up in the bullpen and I’ll never forget Dempsey telling my dad to leave him alone and then both of them started yelling and cus...

Re: Best Baseball Memories

Too many to name. My first baseball memory was my first baseball game. We went to Dodger Stadium in 1973. I was eight years old. They played the Pirates and won. I can't remember who the starting pitcher was, but Joe Ferguson hit a home run. I announced that Joe was my favorite player, which tickled...

Re: Open Chat With Greg, Tom & Darik

And yes, bowling is a sport. In fact, if they really want to show bowling as a sport they should show Shawn Childs' league bowling live on TV. He has a 200+ average in one league bowling right-handed and a 200+ average in another league bowling left-hand. NOW THAT'S A SPORT!!! AND THAT'S AN ATHLETE...

Jim, there will be no Auction Championship overall prizes no matter what happens next. If we were lucky enough to host a live event in the future, all auctions would be private leagues with bigger league prizes. No overall prize structure at all. We are not adjusting the Main Event at this point, e...

I will tell you...if you have live events this year in Vegas and/or nyc, I will be there I believe Jeff Passan and I believe intellectual baseball folks will do the right thing and pick a date in early May to have Opening Day. And we'll have to see if they stick with a Thursday Opening Day or do it...

All this bravado will really age well if a few members of our group succumb to this illness or suffer tragic family losses. Social distancing is important so we don't overload hospitals. If you are afflicted with Corona, it would be nice to have a bed or, if need be, a ventilator to save your life. ...
