After further thoughts on the subject: I don't see the mets trading Harvey or Wheeler due to the recent injuries and other teams lack of interest because of the injuries. They will not trade Matz as he is the only Lefthander. And I just don't see them trading Degrom or Noah. So, with that being said...

Just curious? Is there any reason the draft can not be held in Vegas? Weather or not in is legal in Nevada or not. Drafting is not illegal there, playing is. Reserve the space, and draft. What would be the difference if 12 guys got together there and drafted or 100 get together there and draft?
