What was the reasoning behind eliminating streaming of pitchers in the first place? I've been playing for many years now, but I can't remember.

I was wondering is there a way to see what teams in other leagues in the Main have as a FAAB balance? Certainly, we can see our own league, but I don't see any harm in being able to see other leagues as well. If this can already be seen, then perhaps someone can navigate me there?
