I saw that Clayton Kershaw was picked up in a few leagues, yet according to MLB's website he's not on the Active 25 man roster. Did the rule get changed this year concerning who is eligible to get picked up? Clayton's not the 40 man either, so I'm not sure why he was in the available player pool.

That's because he hasn't been added to the Toronto Blue Jays Active 25-man roster yet. If you'd like to see the 25-man or the 40-man rosters, you can find those on MLB's website.

I find it interesting that NOBODY with the #1 pick passed on AROD. Nothing wrong with AROD at #1, I might have done the same. However, he is the exact same player that went mid 1st round last year.
