I will grant you that Carlos had a great game with clutch hits that were key. However, if Guillen were to have stretched properly and thoroughly in the first place he wouldn't get the praise for 'gutting it out'. Guillen's stick is an asset to the team. But as a total baseball player he is, in my op...

Its 'only' two weeks, but this is the worst 2 week stretch of baseball I've ever witnessed, from any team, ever. Top to bottom this team has been getting thoroughly and consistently dominated in every facet of the game. Playing defense, they look like a bad AA squad, and that's being kind. They're m...

Website Suggestion Concerning DL/Friday Lineup Moves
Since Stats hit a home run with the recent FAAB changes, I have a suggestion for another improvement that would save time. This one not as drastic, but it still would be nice. For fantasy junkies like me, with 20 leagues, it is easy to forget all of the players you own, let alone which team they're ...

Interesting, when did he say he hates Detroit? Word I'm hearing is that, appart from the weather, he's never been happier. Carlos Guillen(for some bizarre reason) is one of his idols and they're great friends. They worked out together in the offseason, which, by multiple accounts, was his best. Cabr...

If receiving $150 million guaranteed, no matter how bad you perform, even if you strike out 600 times each year for the next 8 years.....if that stresses someone out, if they see that as pressure, then by all means they SHOULD see a shrink. In my opinion, I can't think of anything else that would co...

One game is obviously not enough to project how the new ballpark will play, but for those of you who saw the game last night, what's your take? A couple of observations: a) McCann's near homer that almost cleared the fence, to me, looked like a soft liner to Right, but it just hung, and carried, and...

I saw that Clayton Kershaw was picked up in a few leagues, yet according to MLB's website he's not on the Active 25 man roster. Did the rule get changed this year concerning who is eligible to get picked up? Clayton's not the 40 man either, so I'm not sure why he was in the available player pool.

That's because he hasn't been added to the Toronto Blue Jays Active 25-man roster yet. If you'd like to see the 25-man or the 40-man rosters, you can find those on MLB's website.
