the AVERAGE "skill" of fantasy baseball owners by city according to GG: NY 6 stars out of 10 Florida 5.5 stars out of 10 Vegas 5 stars out of 10 Online 4 stars out of 10 Chicago 4 stars out of 10 that doesn't mean EVERYONE falls into that grouping. there are some GREAT owners in every city. so don't...

the key moving forward appears to be seeing if there is a pattern to where the "poor" teams draft
