Quick question:
In the Diamond challenge will we be able to adjust our hitting lineup on the first Friday of the season or are the lineups locked for the Thursday to Sunday period on opening day ?

Only need 3 more signups ...... it would be fun to start drafting tonight

Let’s fill this thing up guys. We’ve got nothing else to do or watch, so we might as well be drafting . It’s a level playing field, we all have the same information. Are you in ?

Really it’s no different than if the season had started on time in terms of previous drafts. Some drafts occurred in December and January where Sale and Judge were early round picks.......now they are hurt.......that’s the risk you take when you draft in the off season.

Funny how as soon as I joined this league, Matt and KC jumped in.............give them credit, they can spot easy money.....

Very nice of the Cubs and Indians to schedule a pair of spring training games in Las Vegas on the first weekend of NFBC drafts: March 17 at 4:00 and March 18 at 1:00.......sounds like a fun way to relax after the Main Event on Saturday.

And..........lest we forget, Greg and Tom have their own show on XM 87 every Wednesday night..........now called High Stakes Fantasy Advantage..........you can get it on demand with the XM app any time..........it is an excellent way to stay in touch with the NFBC.........

In addition to the ones mentioned above, the CBS Fantasy Baseball podcast is also very good.........and the first episode of the award winning USA Today Fantasy Baseball podcast with Steve Gardner should be available tonight............

Does anyone know why Brian Shaw was the winning pitcher last night instead of Andrew Miller? By any measure, Miller was the more "effective" pitcher.........

I just checked Roster Resource. It shows Bradley platooning with Young, and Betts playing full time. Much ado about nothing.

They still show as locking on the Sunday

I hope this doesn't sound like a dumb question, but I want to make sure I am clear on when the week 1 lineups lock. There are four games on Sunday, April 3. Will the lineups for those 8 teams lock for the week when their games start, or is this a "free" game where we can see how our players do, then...
