NFBC Draft Day Saga

God Bless the USA LV 6-The Other Side (Carl Greer/John Sniezek). Drafting with the first pick. Pre-draft strategy was to focus on hitting early and build a pitching staff in the later rounds. We wanted two solid catchers. Closers would be nice, but if they went too early then we would punt (picked B...

I would do either, but I would rather do an auction.

AL or NL Only Satellite Leagues

Greg, would you consider adding an AL and NL satellite league. I would think there would be interest in the $100-500 range. Thanks.

AL only Satellite League?

Assuming the date and time is good, I'd be in for either $100 or $250.

yet another auction question

I'm not opposed to picking up the entire roster in the auction and skipping the reserve round, but it would be a major rules change and be unfair to those that signed up under the origianl/traditional rules.

I would also disagree that there is any more or less stategy using either method.

yet another auction question

Tom, I believe you should have to fill your roster before the auction is complete. Extending the logic that you don't have to have a complete team at the end of the auction, you could finish the auction with 19 hitters and 4 pitchers. Finish by picking up 5 pitchers in the reserve round. If you make...
