thats because teams 13,14,15 almost always go hitter/hitter in rnds 1 & 2. so by the time it gets all the way back to them all the good pitchers are long gone and so those teams end up taking pitchers that aren't worthy picking them there, but if they don't take a pitcher at rnd 3 or 4 the staff wil...
