Manny vs. Soriano

I noticed in most leagues, Soriano was taken ahead of Manny. Personally, I am down on Soriano, and project Manny above him for the year. Does anyone else concur, or am I in the minority? =)

I'm curious, did Soriano slip into the 2nd round in any leagues?

Where did Mark Prior go in your draft?

Gekko, I agree. Some experts in Chicago seem to put a premium on players that are on my "undraftable" list. JAR posted his team on another thread. Check it out. My lesson? I'll be shopping on the Magnificent Mile next year! =) CJ Originally posted by Gordon Gekko: prior is done this year. the writin...

Looking for an Honest Draft Grade

Marty,

You did a lot with pick #13. Grats. =)

I have my doubts about Soriano this year, but you more than made up for that with some sexy picks (Miguel, Young, Pods, etc.). I really like your staff too.

One of the best from the pick #13 I have seen.

Rate your Draft, Quest for $100,000

Since I may have been a tad unkind to you in a "prior" thread (you asked about Prior's average draft position), I noticed you posted your team here, so I'll take this opportunity to show some love. 1) Do you have an obsession with all things Ryan? Nolan Ryan shrine in your bathtub, I take it? =) 2) ...

Where did Mark Prior go in your draft?

JAR,

The real question is, what bats did you pass up to take Pedro (2nd), Oswalt (3rd) and Prior (4th)? You paid a premium for tier-B pitchers, which rarely ever pans out.

It's an expensive lesson to learn, but one you won't forget. =)
