Twice-Weekly Roster Moves
The streaks are part of baseball projections in baseball are different then nearly any other sport as it is the only sport in which your numbers at a specific venue are important or that your numbers against a specific person are important. The SKILL is being able to project players numbers at speci...

Twice-Weekly Roster Moves
Instead, I believe the skills that should be rewarded are those pertaining to 1. Best projection of a player's performance 2. Conversion of said performance into a unit of value 3. Amassing as much of said value on one's roster 4. Managing said roster into the maximum amount of rotiserrie points. G...

Brian Roberts The FANTASY SUPER STUD !!
While Roberts has been great give credit where it is due, Clint Barmes has to be sitting right next to him picked on average where somewhere in the last 5 rounds and he has put up numbers almost as gaudy and at SS OR 2B to boot so add the roster flexibility to his value.

Free agents, Bids or Drafts?
While I agree with you in theory you can't tell me that having the 15th pick and having the 1st pick are equal assuming that both owners are evenly matched from a whits perspective the owner with the 1st pick should win every time. That being said obviously everyone is not evenly matched but the onl...

Free agents, Bids or Drafts?
Well, with 15 teams and waivers thin... this could essentially mean a team can't make moves. If a team was way out in 1st place it's not hard to imagine the rest of the league blocking that person from making moves. I sure as heck would... if the top team lost a 2b, I'd scoop up the best 2b I could...

SHEESH, if I had not mistakenly wound up with Brian Jordan and instead my bid for Clint Barmes had been valid I would be WAY above my current second to last in the standings, oh well, just wanted to vent can't believe how right I was on Barmes with a $10 opening bid that was good enough to get him F...

PERSONALLLY, I think that a waiver process where teams use that waiver priority all year and it is based off of the inverse of the draft order is more "Fair". Since you start a season by drafting you have to admit that those with early draft picks get a slight advantage over those with middle to lat...

More on (moron?) the 9 single-A pitcher strategy
Actually if the programmer were intelligent they would write that same line of code but with the result of the then statement being the largest possible era since basic proofs show that any number divided by 0 will approach infinity you would automatically set ERA = to the largest value that numeric...
