can you have Stats Inc. look into why Joe Saunders is not available as a free agent in our league. I do not believe he is rostered and is not listed among the free-agents

Tampa League 1
hey everyone,
just got in from Disney and was happy to see our teams are posted. I really enjoyed the draft, and meeting/talking with a number of you!
This should be quite a year with this group, seems like very knowledgable-dedicated guys. Good Luck to all!
Sincerely,
John Woj

John Wojtowicz- wojo moneyball on boards. 3rd year in NFBC, all to no avail. Mortgage loan officer, lives in Cranford, NJ with wife and 3 kids.
By the way, who's new to the NFBC in this league?
Good Luck to all! It looks like a real competitive league. Can't wait for draft.

4-0 when he entered game but 4-1, with man on 2nd when he struck out last batter. Can you direct me to where I can read the rule?
did you play some ball yourself? because I think we met many moons ago at Eckerd Colloge, where I played for 1 year

Best weeks ever?
what a week it was:
Avg - 380
HR - 26
RBI - 82
Runs - 69
SB - 6
Mr Miagi said balance is the key to life Daniel son, and I lacked some serious balance last week, as my pitching fell asleep. Did enjoy the offensive outburst. Good Luck!

Mid-Week roster changes
I logged in today to find out Griffey was placed on DL. I apparently made a mistake by benching him and inserting 1 of my bench players in his place, and hitting Submit lineup. I then went to make change to this player, and was told I cannot bench a player mid-week who is not on DL. Am I stuck with ...

can someone please repeat the rule for in-season position eligibility. How many games must a player play a new position during the season to qualify at a new position?
Thanks for your help

Roster changes
I remember during the winter some discussion regarding the ability to change our rosters more than once a week. Has there been any new decisions or discussion of this and are there any rule changes along these lines we need to be aware of?

the 1B next to his name still exists as he sits on my bench right now. It should have said DH. Don't you agree?

Greg, when i picked up Shelton, his position listed next to his name was 1B. I therefore fully expected him to be eligible at 1B,CI, and Utility. Once I picked him up, I went to set my lineup and was stuck with utility only. He did play 8 games at 1B last year as indicated and it sounds like this wa...

so you are saying because he played in the majors last year, his position in minors is irrelevant?
and while we're at it, what is the # of games needed to qualify at a position for all players?

why is it that some players come up from minor leagues and have a position they are immediately eligible for and we picked up Shelton last week and he qualifies only at Utility?

so in other words, anyone who was picked up at the original draft remains in the pool of eligible players all year regardless of their status with their own club?
thank you for clearing this up for me.
how does the league determine tiebreakers when the same $$$ amount is bid on the same player?

just a quick question about free agent pick-ups. Does a player have to be on the active major league roster to be able to be picked up?
