I assume its 162 games max for position players and around 2000 IP for the pitchers, but I couldn't find anything on the official rules. Is there a maximum for either of these?

I see 3 different sets of rules, 4 different payouts, 4 different team fees and 2 different draft locations. What is going on? Can someone please just list the different leagues based on the amount it costs to enter? I'm pretty confused. Thanks!
