Is it weekly? Currently satellite league is set up to make active roster changes every days. Please clarify.

Satellite league shows you can update your line-up every three days. I thought the rules for active line-up changes were once a week. Clarification please!!!

The 3 draft facilitators at NY 7 were great, especially the lead gentleman who knew all of the players, positions and teams.
