There is a reason a lot of stolen bases don't come out of the 8 spot in line up. Gotta get that line up turned over and don't want the pitcher leading off the next inning. And if there are less than 2 outs, pitcher will bunt him over. So, as fireball said, will not get many SB opportunities if he st...

Daily or weekly ??

I agree with walla. Daily requires too much work for some whose career or personal life(3 kids) would not allow the time required to be competitive. The number of entrants would suffer severly with a daily moves league.

When your on the overall scoring page scroll down to the bottom of the page and all the weeks are listed. Click on the week your interested in. You can do the same thing from the league standings page. Hope this helps.

Who Was First Half Fantasy MVP?

Roger Clemens 10th round 126 k's 2.62 era 1.16 whip 11 wins bust Arthur Rhodes 6th round Padilla 8th round with two semi productive players in those two spots would be sitting pretty. Currently 6th in league but out of contention overall 97th. (no closers) I would be curious to know how teams are do...

CREATiVESPORTS Column on FAAB

Your drafting Sheffield in the first round makes me not feel so bad about drafting him in the second round. ;) ;) ;) I have middle infielders with better stats than him. I hope he gets going soon.

Chad Tracy for 456?

Seems a tad high considering he went for about 50 bucks in most leagues. Betencourt and Adams went high in most league also. Seems no one wants the Toronto closers job. Saw also that someone picked up AJ Pierzinski. Very suprised that an all star catcher was available.

Question about Chris Saenz

While I understand that its in the rules...a player that you have bid on due to him being in the majors should not be yanked out of your que shortly before free agents are acquired. This means you have to sit by your computer all day on sunday to verify that no body gets sent down. There was put in ...

Question about Chris Saenz

I thinks thats because Milw only plays five games this week so they don't need a fifth starter for a while. But when i bid on him he was on major league roster.

Free Agents

Raphael Soriano? Kind of hard to hold a spot for a guy in triple A ball. Especially when you have 3 guys on your bench on the DL. :(

Question about Chris Saenz

Greg I also had a bid on Chris Saenz. I received conditional pick instead even though he was not awarded to anyone. He was in the free agent pool a few days ago when I bid on him but I noticed today he was not in the pool anymore. he made his MLB debut a few days ago. Hope you can clear this matter ...

Jon, nice prediction. Just wondering if you predicted your team to finish in last? If so, at least you would be hitting .500 on your predictions. :D :D :D

I am very sure that you drafted Andy Marte ;) So when can I bid on Demaso? Just kidding I'm pretty positive you didnt draft Andy Marte in the 11th or 12th round. Was hoping it would go unnoticed though. :D

Sheffield owners

I was very happy to get Sheffield with my second round pick 26th overall. I saw several drafts he went in the first round and was just wondering where some other owners drafted sheffield at? I was very happy with my first three picks of Helton, sheffield and Pierre. Curious to hear other owners firs...

Unique strategies

A team in the WCOFB applied this strategy last year and won his league. However he only finished 6th overall out of 45. A couple of teams in his league passed him in the overall. I think it is a good strategy to win your league but no chance at winning the overall with this strategy. I chose to try ...

Wow boone went very high. A lot of similarities though. Man I feel fortunate to have gotten sheffield with the 26th overall pick.
