After picking 9th last year I was happy to draw the #2 pick this time around but I must say I was hoping for something around 5-6.

I definitely would be in favor of changing the in-season eligibility to 10 games. That seems to be a fair balance.

That is such an ignorant statement to make. A ranking list is merely a list of projected values in order. Rankings generally do not reflect an anticipated drafting strategy.
