Finally. Dunn breaks out

To all the other long suffering Dunn owners, finally a bit of good news with that 2 hr 5 RBI day today. Can't believe he has done so badly, not on the ba side which was always a risk but to only have 13 RBI till today was brutal On the other hand, I feel bad for any Hughes owners. To give up 7 runs ...

Re: FREE NFBC iPhone App Available Now In iTunes Store

Android smartphones out-sell apple more than 3:1. So the other 75% of your customers are waiting. Kj ever study the demographics of android buyers? I have and I bet u dinner that nfbc players are way higher % users of apple than android. While android is the next obvious step, apple first was the r...

Well in my leagues he went for 400+. Personally I was I only willing to do 100. I have to believe faab is going way way faster than normal this year

Re: Kevin Gregg

I think wide dispersion on him. Got him 31 in one league and was completely surprised to see someone go 240 in my other league. I think he sucks but you never know. I rode Rodney to a win last year. Maybe lightning strikes twice?

Re: $$$ Jose Valverde $$$

500+ everywhere in my leagues.. I went $150 tops.. It is Jose Valverde, after all.. The large bids on Kevin Gregg are interesting. :o Watch, they both will be Fernando Rodney, for the rest of the year.. I think the bids on Gregg seem even crazier than VALVERDE. I had all my 240 bids for VALV...

You don't think the espn player rater does a better job of rating players performance than stats player ranking system ??,

Re: First round Draft pick performance Currently

It is interesting just how many first rounds picks are not performing like first rounders. It seems every year, 1/2 of them never live up to thier ADP, the hype, the "expert" opinions, etc.... The current performing top 15 contains some interesting names. In regards to the "experts", They spend 90%...

Re: What Technical Improvements Would You Like To See?

How about this. say there is an obscure player in the free agent pool that has not accured stats and thus does not come up if you search "most at bats last 2 weeks" or "most stolen bases"... If you plug his name into the player search and he comes up, it would be nice if you could click him as a fr...

Re: Jose Fernandez Redux!

Cingrani is a lot different than Fernandez. An owner can hope/expect 170 innings out of Fernandez. Cingrani could throw 18 or 24 innings and then be sent down, not to be seen till September. A lot more of a gamble. There's a significant pedigree difference also. However, Cingrani does play for the ...

Clearly the old "you can't stop him, you only can hope to contain him" applies here. Got to love getting lucky with this guy. And to think I may have to sit McCann when he is back if buck is even close to this hot

....than when having one of those crazy days at work, you realize that there's a couple ballgames being played right now. You take a break, jump on the net, and check out a couple boxscores. I love day games. Agreed! And to see your new shiny reliever (Henderson) get the save isn't shabby either. S...

Comparing this to the min event #s. I am shocked at some of the #s for Chris Heisey. He shouldn't be going for 400 IMHO. Just shows auction players Are more rational ;)

Being in 4 auctions this year (3 with Dobies), including the Ultimate in Vegas, I took on basically the same strategy in all of the auctions - Big hitters - light on starters. I typically spent between $175 and $190 on hitting. As with my main event teams, I loaded up on top infielders.. Here is my...

Minor issue: shouldn't free agents be on the transaction menu not the stats menu? And please add back to the Free Agent page the "enter bid" button. Not sure why we have to keep begging for something so basic but we used to have this and it is honestly embarrassing not to have this most simple and s...

Hey Andy. Great to see you, Jason, gecko and everyone else. Has become quite the tradition. Loved sitting next to Gecko in the 1300. Felt like he and I were on the same page this year, so lots of back and forth over players. Great ny location this year. This should become the goto place imho. Maybe ...
