The definition of slow drafts is 8-hrs to make your pick, I wouldn't think it has anything to do with whether or not the league has waivers...other than that's the way the league's are setup. When are the players going to be updated with the correct team they are on, such as Jesus Montero being on the Mariners and not the Yankees?

Or does that have to wait until all the drafts are complete?

I agree, would much rather do a 12-team league, these 15-teamers really thin out the players in the league. I would also like to see these slow drafts only go 30-rounds and then have waivers like the other drafts do, not sure why these have to go 50 rounds with no waivers. Otherwise, no complaints! :)
