kj- to me- that was the pick of the draft so far. it really is going to depend on where he hits. they hit him 7th and 8th last year. thats the problem with arizona- all their guys are the same guy. they really have no clear batting order.

thanks wayne. this being my first year- and you being a vet- is this draft somewhat light on pitching so far? my guess is that people tend to undervalue pitching- and since there were so many great free agent pitchers last year- people may wait even longer. your thoughts?

totally agree- although even though abrue gets beaten up- it is more because he falls to second round- and can be picked there. the figgens pick perplexed me- you have crawford- it just seems like a bad pairing. neither guy hit 100 in runs and they are poor in other 3 categories.

santanna is arguably the mvp of fantasy. i know pitchers get hurt more- but as you go further down the 1st round- you are getting marginal returns. the fact that many people question 3-4 of the batting picks- while no one questions santana being the top pitcher sort of proves it. if he stays healthy...
