Does this apply to ties for 3rd place in leagues that pay top 3, i.e. two teams tie for third and split the 3rd place prize?

Greg, Any word on how the Marlins new park will play--roof open vs. closed, etc.? Seems like they're keeping the dimensions somewhat similar to the old park.

Any idea where this trend is going? Are these new statutes from the affected states? Could other states conceivably follow suit in the future? That would really kill the industry if more states go the same route.
