Per cent owned has always been an enigma to me. I agree that we were advised that per cent owned is based on the type of league. I have Santana on a number of teams. It was painful. How Avilan was left in to pitch to Marlon Byrd who kills left handed pitchers with the bases loaded was unforgivable. The only thing I could think of was since Kimbrel wasn't available maybe the manager was short handed in the bullpen.
