Looking at Mon-Thur games
I totally agree with Hoosier. It is completely wrong not to be able to see the active week. The fact that we cannot change things isn't the issue. I realize there are bigger things to be done but can you at least tell us that this issue will be resolved in the future or does everybody need to keep t...

Looking at Mon-Thur games
I looked at SET ROSTERS and see it is for Fri-Sun. It also appears that the day a pitcher is scheduled to start is noted in green. How can I see my Mon-Thur lineup and who is scheduled to pitch fro just my roster? Right now the current portion of the week is not available to be seen or it is at anot...

Has anyone tried these lineup options
When I go to live stats, I can see yesterday's numbers. It also has standings. I select the yearly totals option. I use Firefox which may be important given things I've heard about IE. These stats do not show Sundays game. I only know that because I have Cameron on one of my two teams and his singul...

Has anyone tried these lineup options
Given that testing things out seems to be optional, has anyone tried the following: 1. Changing your lineup mid-week ahead of Friday. Is the Monday-Thursday lineup accruing stats or is the Friday player now accruing stats. 2. Moving out a DL'ed pitcher before Friday. This may be dangerous as I don't...

I was refering to Blake DeWitt. Somewhere on one of the posts i read he was removed from the master list. this would explain things.

FAAB {Processed for leagues drafting after March 28
yep, it is clear that I missed that post hidden deep within one of the longest threads of the season. It sure would have been nice if the Rules page had been changed or my other message had been answered. I did verify the rule yesterday afternoon. Balls get dropped by owners and administrators but t...

Here We Go!!!
This is a problem without a good solution. Anything done will impact some teams unfairly. Fanball took a hit tonight which will be hard to undo. Even if all the issues are fixed by 11am this morning, many folks do not have accessibility from work. They cannot even email Greg for moves because they w...

FAAB {Processed for leagues drafting after March 28
I check many forum posts but not all. It seems to be bad policy to make "written in stone" rules changes on a forum. Also, I would ask Greg why he did not answer my very specific post in the "ASK a question" forum. His/Geoff's/Tom's failure to answer my specific question caused me to check the rules...

FAAB {Processed for leagues drafting after March 28
Why did my March 31st league have FAAB processed? I asked for the date in "Ask NFBC a question" forum but there never was a response. So I then went to the Rules page and found my answer. The answer is below in bold. First and Last Free Agent Bidding Deadlines: For leagues that draft on or before Su...

Why is Jeff Clement not eligible for c?
I sort of feel the Bleacher Bum has a bit of a complaint here. He is clearly a rookie based on the fact this was his first ever board post. That implies he doesn't monitor these boards 24/7 like many do. Late last week, he goes to the Free Agent page looking for a catcher and he sees Jeff Clement. N...

Site Suggestions - Set Lineup
I concur to (1) & (2). I'm indifferent to (3).
The site seems slower right now. Is this because of FAAB or just me? Also, were lineups unable to be seen while FAAB was run in the past.

Starting Pitcher Indicator
I always liked the '^' or something that indicated a pitchers probable start. I realize they are not always correct and rotations are a bit less clear right now with all the off days but I hope it is planned to return. Is it?

What was the cutoff draft date for FAAB to be used for April 4? I know it was sometime late March.

The two important questions
For many there are only two important questions and I can't find much if anything being said by the Fanball staff. 1. When will all the missing rosters be loaded? 2. Will FAAB run smoothly in six days. Many early drafts are still not loaded. All these leagues need to have their rosters verified by t...

it is hard to plan for the 4/4 FAAB run when your 3/14 team isn't loaded yet.

Next week will be exciting
Think of the late nights an Fanball central next week. Many of the satellite leagues have yet to be loaded. Mine from March 14th is one. All the Main event leagues need to be loaded. Not to mention all the other live leagues being drafted this weekend. The FAAB software probably will have to get rea...

Now Presenting: Conditional Bid DEMO!!!
well, if conditional bids have to be for a lesser amount, I don't see how you can do this. If you had Pujols for $60 and a conditional for him at $50, the second bid would seem a bit meaningless. Or did I miss something? Also i think Greg also said somewhere that you could not have two bids for the ...

If you look back about 5-6 posts, Greg said that higher conditional bids are not going to be allowed - at least this season. I think he was referring to all leagues although the Rule I found was for satellite leagues.

New Mock Draft Site
I was in a 2EST [1CST] and a 4EST [3CST] draft yesterday. They were my first and I wanted to see what the site had and to check out all the issues brought up on these boards. I think I was there for 5-8 rounds in both. I also didn't really care who I drafted. Getting familiar with the site was param...
