Re: 4/10/16 - $$FAAB TARGETS$$
I know it is a little early as he won't be in the pool until next week.......... But, how much does Mazara go for? $500-600? Better hold onto that cash, because the difference maker is about to hit the market!

Looks like the universe has balanced itself out. You get stuck with #14, but have MTM picking at #15.Gekko wrote:Baseball Furies wrote:When can we have all of the Vegas Main Event leagues posted on here with the draft orders for all of us to see?

Combine that with his rumored move to catcher 2 days/week to get Taylor more playing time and I would be surprised if he goes anything but 1.1 the rest of the year.Gekko wrote:did i mention harper has 2 sb already? with dusty there, it possible harper could go 45hr/30sb this year. would be unbelievable

Re: View Status Of All Your Drafts Now Available
Is there any way to add a "view all team standings page?" Would be a tremendous time saver to be able to see all of my team standings on one page. Especially if it broke them out by category. The current setup of looking at standings is very time intensive even with exporting to excel. Particularly ...

Re: New HTML Draft Room Is Now Live
Doing two drafts at the same time is a hardship with the new room. I Can't switch back and forth easily. Loads slowly. Also, when refreshing the draft chat or even the draft room, it takes me to another draft. Dan, I've gotten feedback on this one and it's not caused by the new HTML draft room. In ...

For me the most important takeaway from this thread is how strongly Gekko has defended "anonymous". Gekko I know that your intent was to stand up for the little guy, "anonymous". You could have chosen to stay quiet, or anonymous, but you did not. For that I applaud you!

Re: With All due Respect
How does total prize money won work for teams with dual owners? I could see in cases where one owner is only a partner financially that the decision making owner receives credit for 100%. But in a case where both owners are active participants it seems inaccurate to credit one owner with 100% when c...

Re: Bryce Harper vs Mike Trout
I think the Pujols narrative jumped the shark a few years ago. The 1.000 OPS guy had the cache to dictate whatever he wants -- the .785 guy? Not so much. FOr me, even more troublesome than 11 steals for Trout is 7 caught stealing. Most teams are aware of the 75 percent success rate necessary for an...

Re: Bryce Harper vs Mike Trout
With DC drafts in full swing, could there be a changing of the guard at the top spot in drafts? Is Bryce Harper on the way up and Mike Trout on the way down? Stats over the last year appear to be heading that way, and with Mike Trout having little to no support in the Angels lineup with Pujols reco...

Thank you for organizing Dan and Mike. I knew it would be a tough group and that I would learn a lot. Re: Chapman to the Yankees
I think they go with all three. Make it a 5 inning game like KC has been able to win with. When season is over they will give Chapman a QO that he will turn down and Yanks will grab another pick and still have dominant pen. Of course if someone offers the moon for Miller I am sure they will listen. ...

Re: Don't Do A Slow Draft With . . .
Greg and Tom are generally going to give a guy the benefit of the doubt if they believe he's really apologetic. Which is probably a healthier way to go through life than by holding grudges for seven generations the way I do. It is true that people are capable of changing their behavior. Yeah, well ...

Re: Different DC Leagues
I would be interested in a leagues restricted DC draft. Something along the lines of: Snake draft, but restricted to AL or NL for odd rounds (designated prior to KDS). Even rounds are restricted to other league. Draft would continue in this manner for first 24 rounds (or more). Then teams could draf...

Re: Don't Do A Slow Draft With . . .
Well, after the first round antics, he's been fine so far. Rounds 2 and 3 were picked quickly. Also, he changed his email address to a normal one. So, perhaps a reprieve is in order. Slow/fast drafting is very contagious in DC drafts. Typically 1-2 slow, uncommunicative owners negatively influence ...

Just started a DC-8Hour today (1st draft for 2016 season) and was extremely pumped up for it. 2nd overall pick is being a jerk. So, I feel like we should start a list of jerks that you should avoid doing a Slow Draft with. Feel free to add to the list. #1 on the list is . . . 1. Chris Hughes - from...

Re: Don't Do A Slow Draft With . . .
I am pretty surprised he is even allowed in any NFBC contest after issues in the past. The amount of $'s he will drive away is far greater than the amount he is going to put in. Hard to believe Tom/Greg would put up with his BS again, let alone subject good customers to him.
