Just flipping through an old book and noticed that former Seattle Seahawk quarterback Dave Krieg was born in none other than...
Iola, Wisconsin!!!
Think Krieg knew that his hometown would eventually become headquarters to the NFBC?

Think Krieg knew that his hometown would eventually become headquarters to the NFBC? Hell, for a long time there was a sign here as you entered on Highway 49 that had his image and the slogan "Home of Dave Krieg!" It was taken down many years ago and will soon be replaced by "Home of the NFBC!"
Krieg was born here, but he didn't live very long here. He didn't go to school here, but he did go to Milton College, which killed its football program shortly after he graduated.
KOQ, you need better things to do on a day off!!
