Houston GM Charley Casserly is expected to resign Wednesday.
Casserly will meet with Texans owner Bud McNair and is later expected to clean out his office. He could reportedly replace new Raiders coach Art Shell in the NFL department as vice president of football operations or he may join the front office of the New Orleans Saints. Rick Smith of the Broncos, Reggie McKenzie of the Packers, and ex-Falcons GM Ron Hill are named as candidates to replace him.
