Who's the smartest NFBC player?

According to scientific study...you cannot beat a randomly placed game of Tic-Tac-Toe 4 times in a row.

I beat it 3 in a row. I started using random starting moves to win. (assuming it would go middle or corner)

Can anyone win 4 in a row without stalemate? (on true random???)
