How long until the Michael Jackson conspiricies begin? Like how long before some person (insert gender) claims Michael is alive and has been living with this person who waits on tables at a Tennessee Waffle House?
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

I give the Enquirer two weeks for a sighting.

The Weekly World News four weeks.

Of course, The Weekly World News will have him in a secluded meeting with Elvis :D

I'm not intentionally going to start the theories, BUT Mr. Jackson had accumulated as much as 500 MILLION dollars of debt by some accounts. If one were to fake one's death, that might be a good reason to do so. Not to mention he clearly has/had ( ;) ) some emotional "issues," there is certainly motive present.

Of course, The Weekly World News will have him in a secluded meeting with Elvis :D Dan, the Weekly World News is no longer in circulation. Unlike the Enquirer and other tabloids, WWN was a tabloid parody. The stories were so over the top and humorously written, anyone with an IQ north of 100 knew it was competing with the Sunday comics, not the New York Times.

I had a lot of laughs reading WWN and subscribed to it when I was in high school. Sadly, I never received a single issue as my parents took it upon themselves to cancel as soon as the first issue arrived. Parents never understand  .

Oh man, how disappointing!

Never again will we see aliens posing with our current President.

Or BigFoot reading a newspaper.

BatBoy.

Aliens from Mercury looking to start a commune near San Francisco was a classic.

The extraterrestial's affair with Hillary Clinton

Dragon Found

Giant Mutant Hog Monster Attacks Georgia...

All Classics.

Scott, your post had me look up the Weekly World News on the Net. According to it, it is an insert in The Sun and has a new owner that may try to revive it. I hope he succeeds.

Touching :D The Braves take it one step further. They, like Jackson, wear one glove for no discernable reason. ;)
