I really don't know the history of the guy, but after reading up on the situation; they are putting the cart before the horse here and he's guilty and must prove his innocence. Is that what this country has become? It sure seems so. There is a woman who embezzled 1.8 million dollars from him and claimed she would get revenge. Perhaps, she used some expensive audio equipment (voice changing software) with that 1.8 million dollars. She could record his voice and then use the software to "match" and then speak whatever she wants pretending to be him. I have a friend in Vegas who used to call for a sports service using voice altering software to call potential clients. This is not a "stretch" to believe either (that she would be capable of such).
