Oh boy. Here we all thought we'd here off-season stories about how good Alex Rodriguez was feeling and how this was going to be his comeback season. Instead, we're hearing about him flying to Germany to seek help for his troublesome knee and shoulder injuries. This can't be good, can it?

I don't think it is a big deal at all. I think his buddy Kobe said it helped his knee feel better so ARod went for it.
That is, it is not like it was injured and there was no way he could play unless this miracle cure worked. He would have played regardless - he is just hoping for some "miracle elixir" is all.
