What Is Tom Doing On Vacation This Year?

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Fri Jan 11, 2013 10:25 am

Okay, the young man needs his time off and he likes to take it each year after the fantasy football season and before the fantasy baseball season. So please don't bother Tom via email too much over the next 10 days because HE'S ON VACATION!!

Yeah, Tom is headed to the Valley of the Sun to stay with some family and might even make a trek to sunny California. You know Tom, he likes to lounge in the sun and get that body all tanned up!! He wants to look good for everyone when he welcomes you to Las Vegas on that First Weekend!! He also hates winter like most of us here in Wisconsin and getting away for a week in January makes perfect sense.

But let's make sure we have a nice welcome thread for him when he comes back. In the past some of you have found appropriate photos to guess what Tom is doing on vacation. Some of you have found inappropriate photos to envision that as well, and we still laughed!! So let's see what you've got this year.

Where is Tom (kind of like where is Waldo?) and what is he doing on vacation. Inquiring minds want to know. ;)

He's in the bahamas and even got a tattoo involving his favorite fantasy quarterback.

I hope it's a Rodgers tattoo and not a Sanchez tattoo. Maybe it's a Favre tattoo!!

Delta Airlines has confirmed that Tom is booked into Atlanta this weekend. He has been calling the PR
department of the Seattle Seahawks and using his influence as a high ranking member of the NFFC to
locate the host hotel. Tom is in need of finding Russell Wilson so that he can tell him that he IS his single
biggest fan. He will wear his Wisconsin shirt and sit in the hotel lobby waiting for Wilson to pass towards
the elevators so he can get an autograph and have his picture taken.

Delta has been put on hold as Tom has promised to book travel directly from Atlanta to San Francisco or
simply fly back home to Wisconsin. Tom is rooting hard for the Pack as it will save him some money to
simply fly back to Wisconsin. If you think Jim Christie is frugal, the Governor has nothing on Mr Kessenich.

OK - that my theory

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Find Tom in the picture. Hint: He is a guy and he is not wearing green and black trunks....

Vacation equals bling. Does this make my package look small?

OK. I will let it go at that.

Hope you had a great vacation, pal!

Wayne, you're not normal.
People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.
