Okay, Christmas Day for you fantasy baseball die-hards is almost upon us. It's time to finalize the First Weekend Main Event leagues and get draft spots announced. We are trying to give everyone as much time as possible to intelligently set their KDS preferences, while still giving everyone plenty of time to prepare for those draft spots.
Tom and I have decided that we will try to announce draft spots for the NFBC XII and NFBC Classic for March 22-24 on Saturday, March 16 around 1 pm ET. That gives everyone exactly 7 full days to prepare for their draft spots. Obviously we need all leagues filled to announce these and any date and time that isn't filled will obviously have to wait for their draft spots until we are full. But we won't hold up all leagues just for those last unfinished leagues. So be ready on Saturday and we'll announce the leagues online and then via email to everyone.
We will then give the owners in the Super League on March 23rd a full day to change their draft spots with the goal of announcing those draft spots on Sunday, March 17th. Same for the March 23rd Diamond League. We'll let you see your Main Event draft spots, give you a day to digest that and then announce draft spots on Sunday afternoon. We'll then give another day for the March 24th Diamond League to see the Mains and the Saturday Diamond before announcing your draft picks. Look for those on Monday, March 25th. We're staggering these enough so that owners who actually are in all three have time to see their draft spots and plan accordingly. We're also still giving everyone 5-6 days to prepare for those draft spots, so hopefully everyone wins in this scenario.
We'd like to announce the March 27th Main Event draft spots on Wednesday morning, March 20th, so plan accordingly. We'll get to the Second Weekend deadlines soon, but something similar to First Weekend makes the most sense. Thanks all.
If you plan on entering any of these First Weekend events, please get locked in soon. We are finalizing each one and closing some dates and times off because we just have to move forward with everything. Thanks all and good luck in the upcoming season.
