up; aybar, vmart, napoli, Idavis, cespedes, cgomez, lynn, teheran, porcello, parnell, eaton, cahill
down; kinsler, beltran, swisher, cruz, ethier, kuroda, kjansen.

Bryce Harper is a big mover-upper and R.A. Dickey seems to be a mover-downer from the early DC drafts to more recent ones.
