When will added players to MLB rosters be available in FAAB

When will recently added players to MLB rosters be available in FAAB?

I believe players become avaialbe as the roster sets at 7am on Sunday.

Anyone added after 7am this morning is available NEXT Sunday's FAAB, presuming they remain on the roster.

umm. feels like the listed players are pretty arbitrary. i dont understand why people like rubby de la rosa and allen webster are available to be picked up but kevin slowey and jose fernandez are not.

allen webster didnt appear in a mlb game last year. de la rosa pitched 2/3 of inning. im sure there are others out there with similar situations. id just like some consistency.

more random ones...Baker, Scott (CHC), Banuelos, Manny (NYY), Betances, Dellin (NYY), kyle gibson etc....

I'm not sure "arbitrary" is accurate.
There is an amount of inequity that occurs when a player is permitted (via draft) in one league, but can't be acquired via free agency in another. Casey Kotchman, for instance, has played how many years?? But wasn't put on the Miami roster until late this morning. If you didn't draft him, you're SOL. ..for at least the first week. And we are talking mostly second and third line players, so take it for what it's worth.

But we've been through this every season.
