First Place!
No, not me.
But how about a shout out to the Main Leaders, Semsel and Norred! Way to go guys!
It is amazing that you and now second place Mr. Dobies are in the same league. Great accomplishment so far both teams as March 23rd League 7 is far from a collection of patsies.
Now could you both screw up just a bit so the rest of us can catch up?
Same with Mr.'s Robinson and Thomas, #3 and #4 overall, also from the same league (Online March 30 League). And Michael O'Brien from the same league at #6 overall.
#1 through #4 and five of the top six from two leagues. Amazing!

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Thanks Wayne! Hoping to keep the pressure up on JD, and I'm sure he's trying to do the same to Ken and me.
This has been a helluva year so far...I retired from the USAF this past Wednesday after wearing blue since September, 1984. What an incredible ride!

People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.

Re: First Place!
Congrats on your retirement Dan, and thanks for your many years of service. About League 7, we the insignificant 13 are caked with dust left by the two leaders. If this is your post-retirement, new-normal performance level; then the rest of us are in a lot of trouble. Kudos to Jeff and Ken as well.

Congrats, Dan! The big day has finally come, so I guess this means you're officially a civilian.MadCow Sez wrote:Thanks Wayne! Hoping to keep the pressure up on JD, and I'm sure he's trying to do the same to Ken and me.

Thanks JD...I don't mind the dogfight all year, as long as M&B ends in front of JD. It's been an interesting season.
