At least it proves he can hit something!
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Yo eddiejag...I respect your opinion.

I've kept him in a keeper league for two years now...(we can keep 15)...would you keep him im my shoes?

I have a nice history of finding good minor leaguers...Pujols, Soriano, Manny Ramirez (won him in a coin flip)...A-Rod, Harden, Wright, Reyes)

Lance with that many keepers i would hang on to him for next year. The talent is their for a 30 30 season , if he could just be good.In my home league , when you buy a player you can have him the next year at the price you grabbed him for the 1st year.So this guy kept him for 2 bucks , but thats it, he gets thrown back next year, but he still gets to keep his topper , which is huge.

Nothing like finding the players before they become stars.I too grabbed Manny Rameriz his 1st year for 14 dollars , and was a great keeper.

I don't have him in any league, but couldn't the D'Rays just promote him to the show to avoid any suspension in the minors? I know this has happened in the past but can't remember the player involved...

Ive HEARD from ESPN, that the Devil Rays want to punish him after SELIG or whoever handles that department.I dont think we will be seeing him this year. I would also bet , he is on every NFBC team this year, be a matter of time before he is cut , considering this isnt a keeper league.

I drafted Delmon Young in NY2 hoping that he would provide a huge boost as a mid-season callup. That seems unlikely now. I plan to wait until more definitive word is in on just how long the suspension will be. He deserves to be suspended for the rest of the year. Given that he's in the minors, a stiff punishment is more likely than if he were protected by the MLBPA.

The man just flipped a bat that happenned to hit an ump, correct? He didn't murder anyone did he? I am surprized no one is pushing for the death penalty here.

I think Delmon might get some good strike calls when he comes back....He must have settled the umpires strike. There has to be some hidden dialog we missed in this event.
