Drafting by Cell

I know there has been some discussion about this prior, and I believe there was a consensus that you could draft by cell, but it might be more difficult.

I have a droid and can't get the draft room to load using the flash option.

Is this the case?
Is the HTML any better?

My Samaung Galaxy SIII runs the flash draft room just fine in android OS.

My Nokia Lumia 1020 (Windows Phone 8) runs Flash on Microsoft approved (whitelist) web sites but the STATS draft rooms do NOT load.

Flash will be moot in the next month or two anyway after they start using the HTML5 draft room exclusively.
