Placeholder picks from early 2014 DCs

I've sent in the placeholder picks from all of the early DC drafts in which I've taken part, some of them more than once.

The roster grid for each of these leagues still shows teams with P. Holder as some of their player's names. Does it not matter for now as a lot of changes are coming before the end of the month?

I've heard others ask about how the roster will look in 2014 and we've heard it's going to list bench players by position first to make it easier to organize. Is it too late for new suggestions?

Would it be helpful to have an area other than the active roster and the bench where you could park players (call it "Limbo"?) such as those playing in Japan or who have retired? Certainly not important but would be nice to have that flexibility.
