BS or custom league?

I was listening to a show on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports and one of the hosts of the show said he liked NFBC rules that let you change out players on Friday and then gave an example of using a different PITCHER for weekend games.

I called BS on that but then thought maybe he's in a custom league.

Is that possible?

We don't have any leagues like that in the NFBC.
