Reporter says he did.
Nats say he didn't.
Now, a second opinion is needed.
Interesting....

And I tried to decide whether to keep Darvish active...substitute Robbie Ross...or steal a save or two from Serge Santos.
Never considered activating KRod. Oh well...early yet. I opted for Santos.

Re: CLOSER games
OK, we are one full day into the new season. Look at what already has happened with respect to fu%@ing closers:
1. The White Sox surprise and announce that Matt Lindstrom, and not Nate Jones, will close.
2. The Brewers surprise and have Francisco Rodriguez, and not Jim Henderson, closing games.
3. Bobby Parnell is now hurt, possibly seriously, and it looks like Jose Valverde will be closing games for the Mets.
Thus, even putting aside things we learned shortly before or during the big live events (like Soria getting the job over Feliz), we "lost" three closers - affecting 10% of the teams - within 24 hours of the opening "day" games.
FAAB should be interesting this week with Matt Lindstrom, Francisco Rodriguez and Jose Valverde as potential targets (might be a choice of bad, badder and baddest, but we'll each have to make that call).

Re: CLOSER games
Also, we'll hopefully have a better read on the Reds and Astros closer situations by Sunday night.
It should be a very active FAAB this weekend.
The injuries are piling up. I'm getting nervous every time I open Rotowire.(which is every 30 mins at this point)
