Trout currently is leading the AL in runs and RBI. He's been hitting out of the two-hole virtually all year. Can anyone remember a player leading MLB, or either league, in RBI hitting second. As far as I can recall, RBI leaders typically hit 3rd or 4th, and sometimes 5th or lower and eventually moving into the middle of the order. Can't remember an RBI leader hitting second. Is this unprecedented or am I just forgetting others? Thanks.

Re: Mike Trout/Baseball Question
Thanks. Good one. Didn't remember him hitting at top of lineup, but I'm fuzzy with that stuff.
