Okay, myself and fellow KPer Chris Adamski used a Miller Lite hat and we each had an MGD in hand to pick Leagues 12 and 13. Yes, that's how scientific we got. All of the Las Vegas signups were thrown into a hat with the four Chicago signups and we formed League #12. We have 11 Las Vegas signups and four Chicago signups, so everyone will get to sit in their designated draft position and we'll hook up the two parties with one simple phone call. A speaker phone will be situated next to the draft facilitator at all times and he will call out the pick just like he would if the draftee was sitting right there. Each draft will still have two draft facilitators, the stop watch and the one minute time limit. There should be no problems.
League #13 then consisted of the remaining five Las Vegas picks that weren't selected earlier and the 10 New York signups we currently have. Again, this will be one phone call placed to each city, so this shouldn't be a problem. Draft facilitators, draft boards and the whole nine yards will be in each city. I hope everyone understands the setup.
Why didn't we just form one more Las Vegas league and hook up Chicago, Las Vegas and New York for one patchwork league? This is actually easier with one phone call each way and we did have seven Leaderboard Sports guys and were fortunate to at least split them up through the draw. Chicago was going to be small anyway and it didn't make sense to have one Las Vegas guy on the phone with Chicago and New York.
Hope this works for everyone. Here's the draft results:
