Shouldn't he be 1B eligible? Played 44 games there for Tacoma last year.

He appeared in the Majors so his eligibility should be based on that.

Marcus Semien played 42 games at shortstop in AAA Charlotte.
Not shortstop eligible here.
Majors take precedence.
