I had hoped to get out the checks a little earlier, but all of our accounting department has been moved from Iola, Wisconsin to our corporate office in Cincinnati and thus things move a little more differently than they did a year ago. If you haven't filled out your W-9 yet and want to return that quickly, you can contact me at [email protected] to receive a form and even give me your fax number and I'll fax one over to you. Then just fax it back to me at 715-445-4087. It's our goal to get you your winnings as soon as possible, but we definitely need a W-9 on file. If you signed a W-9 in the past for either the NFBC or NFFC, we have that on file and you should be good to go. You don't need to do this every time you win a prize over $600.
