SOLD OUT: "Beat Chris Liss" Online League

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Mon Feb 09, 2015 3:19 pm

We love having the industry writers compete in the NFBC and I know our NFBC members like it as well. To kick off the Rotowire Fantasy Baseball Online Championship, we'll have Chris Liss compete in a league on Friday, Feb. 20th at 8 pm ET. This league will allow participants to earn a free 3-month subscription to Rotowire.com if they beat Chris in the league standings, plus a shot at the $1,400 league prize and the $75,000 grand prize. If you Chris's past history, a lot of league members win those free Rotowire subscriptions, so jump in if you want an add-on prize!!

The first 12 owners to sign up for this one get in, so don't delay. Chris is already locked in and talking smack on the Rotowire Sports Daily on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio. Beat Chris and I'm sure you can ask to replace him for a day on SiriusXM. It's the least he can do for the league champ in this one.

Okay, here's the current signup list for this league. It should fill fast:

Friday, Feb. 20
8 pm ET
1. Chris Liss, Los Angeles, California
2. Yufei Dai, Flushing, New York
3. Chris Kirby, Charlotte, North Carolina
4. Dave Clum, Pembroke Pines, Florida
5. Eric Heberlig, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania
6. Patrick Ramos, Chicago, Illinois
7. Thomas Warner, Houston, Texas
8. Mike Massotto, Livingston, New Jersey
9. Jeremy Wilck, Columbus, Ohio
10. Dustin Wagner, Katy, Texas
11. Jason Jablonski, Indian Trail, North Carolina
12. Jim Christie, Rochester, New York

Greg,
Please put me down as a tentative for this one. I will be able to confirm by this Wednesday. Thanks.

And P.S. Liss is a bum! He shouldn't be talking trash about anyone, but I do give him a little credit for at least trying to draft with the big boys. Liss himself should be posting on this thread as an NFBC competitor, and have his competition on his show to talk about how we are going to kick his ass. It would be helpful in spicing up his afternoon snoozer of a broadcast on Sirius XM.
