At what point will the timer be dropped down to 4hrs?

Re: Day 4, still in Round 6!
We made it to round 7, but one of the main culprits is up to bat and decided to leave the draft room as his turn was coming up!
If we can get two rounds it today, we should be on schedule to barely get this draft completed in time.

Re: Day 4, still in Round 6!
Wow, perception is a funny thing.
We started a draft four days ago also. We are in the 35th round and to a man, everybody in our draft thinks it could be faster.
Four days, seventh round? That has to be torture.

That can't be a regular 8hr timer draft is it? Sounds like one of those Express or 4hr Drafts.

Wouldn't it be three days from 3/12? Still slow though.Steel Lugnuts wrote:Live Draft - $150 Draft Champions Mar 12 1:00 pm Lg.3227

This one happens to have a four hour clock. It isn't the clock as much as it is the mind set for a draft.Steel Lugnuts wrote:Torture is one way to put it!DOUGHBOYS wrote:Wow, perception is a funny thing.

Thanks, but I follow the message boards and seen the signups for those. They do look pretty cool, but when they finish too fast, then you need lots of cash to keep signing up!DOUGHBOYS wrote:This one happens to have a four hour clock. Good enough.
Good luck and hope that draft makes for a more enjoyable experience soon.

It's actually Day 3 (you started on March 12th exactly at this time) and you're in Round 7, but I agree we need to pump out more than 2 rounds per day here. We will push all of these leagues that are dragging and will look at the clocks next week. Now you know why we don't start these closer than 22 days out. Good luck and I'll keep an eye on this one and all of them that started on March 12th and 13th.Steel Lugnuts wrote:Live Draft - $150 Draft Champions Mar 12 1:00 pm Lg.3227

Re: Day 4, still in Round 6!
If it makes you feel better, League 3239 is not moving much faster. We started Friday and just entered round 6. I can't help but think the "culprit" is the same guy in both leagues. Now I remember why I can't do more than one or two of these a yr.
Re: Day 4, still in Round 6!
I can 1 up you. Lg 3234 started on Friday and we are at pick 9 of rd 4 on the clock. So 53 pix in about 53 hrs. 750 pix = 750 hrs = 31 days = April 13 end date. Not even enough pix yet to identify repeat offenders. Just generally slow so far.

League 3239 from Friday, 3/13 @ 1pm is still in round 7. We haven't been through one round today.

Heberlig holding us hostage to draft OCs for the 2nd night in a row without ever communicating anything. We're slaves to the super volume play.Fourslot40 wrote:League 3239 from Friday, 3/13 @ 1pm is still in round 7. We haven't been through one round today.

Re: Day 4, still in Round 6!
Well, we are at the end of round 44, and John Epstein (aka, JoeMorgan), has been on the clock going on 5hrs. But the real problem is Bruce Zamora (aka, CrazyCubans). He just timed out yesterday, was on the clock at 5:30pm and timed out at 1:30am. This guy recently took over 5hrs, and all this past the 40th round!! Zamora never chats, emails, no communication...stay far away from this guy in future drafts. If he doesn't even enter the draft room when his pick is coming up, it would be nice just to put his team on full auto pick.
