Fun Drills for the young baseball/softball players

I don't know if this has ever been posted or not but I'm looking for some fun drill for the kids.They can be old,new,or something you've seen someone do.They can be one on one or something the whole team can do.They just need to fun for the kids.

Here is mine.

I like to break the team into two groups.Half on home plate and the other half on second base.We then have the two teams race around the base paths.This really seems to get all the kids yelling and screaming pretty darn good.Even the less skilled players feel pretty good afterwards.This has to be my favorite early on because the kids get to know all the names of their teammates quicker and even makes the parents feel proud watching their kid running around the bases.
Heck,I even here some of them getting into it.
