It 'sounds like' that because there is no more information available.
I'm glad these guys don't read palms or tea leaves. Until there is proof of an injury, they write every day off as 'routine'.
Or 'should be back soon' is another greatest hit of theirs.
Or my all time favorite, "Is hoping to be back". Knowing that 'hoping' means little as far as facts.
Helpful? No.
Whether they turn out right or whether wrong.
Opinions on players performance? Understood.
They mean as much as a Gekko sell or buy.
Opinions on medicine and health? Get a freakin degree or at the least, more information before surmising.
No prognosis at all is better than a guess.

Example: Yesterday, Mike Moustakas was just getting a rest day. Now we find out he hurt his thumb and will be out today and tomorrow. I don't own him but a bummer for folks who started him yesterday thinking he'd be back in the lineup today.
